This review is for Monday August 20th service only 2015 NX battery died. Brought it into service. My normal advisor was on vacation, so CL helped me. I let him know that there was also a service maintenance reminder that kept popping up that needs to be cleared out. I waited a reasonable amount of time for the battery replacement. I was called to complete the invoice and then just given the keys. Luckily I stopped by C's office on the way out because the maintenance reminder had not been cleared out. C proceeded to clear out the reminder via the menu system and then I went home. On my way home, I noticed the reminder was still there - it had not been cleared out. I called C when I reached home and it turns out that he only cleared out one reminder, but he forgot to do the 2nd one. He walked me through it and I was able to clear it out on my own. The next day, on my way home at around 5PM in 105 degree heat, my A/C was not working. The side vents were working but the front console/dash vents were not. I called my normal advisor (LB), who was back from vacation, this morning and she was able to have me come in right away and give me a loaner. I let her know of the issue. Around lunch time she called to say the car was ready, A/C was fixed and the problem was that when the battery was changed on Monday, the tech forgot to re-initialize or reset the A/C system. As you can imagine, I'm pretty upset about the constellation of problems I had with my visit on Monday August 20th with C as my advisor. I will summarize: 1. Forgot to reset maintenance reminder 2. Review of 45,000 mile check up I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait f I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait for the service advisor. The service Advisor saw me at the appointed time and reviewed the work to be done. The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine. More

My most recent visit required b Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. I recommend this service center to everyone I know who has a Lexus, regardless of where they purchased it. The waiting area always has water and coffee available -- a very big PLUS! More
