Waiting area bad Waiting area was dirty, no food or snacks. Lexus of Clear Lake and sterling McCall provided food. WiFi was horrible, speed was less than 1mbps. Lying xxx Service advisor Went in and asked for an alignment on top of getting other work done ( recall, and 20K service). I went to pick up my car and paid for everything. I noticed there was no alignment report like I usually get. I asked for one and got a series of excuses and lame attempt of sending a screenshot via mobile phone. Adviser said printer was down, tech was using machine, tech didn’t save the report. Basically lied and offered a refund to be sent in the mail. Still have not received anything. More
