This is my second lease, and I have worked with Dave Haas for both. He always promptly returns my calls to set up my service and is always efficient and friendly. Yesterday was the first time I have gone and waited to get my oil changed during my lunch hour, and I appreciated how quick the turn-around / wait time was. All of my experiences with Westside have been great, and Dave and your service group are a big part of why my feedback is so positive. Final note: it was nice to get my car back so clean! :) More

I came in or the 70,000 checkup, and was pleased to learn everything was okay. Needed tires. The Tire manager seemed knowledgable, and convinced me I should purchase from Lexus.
