My appointment was at 10 AM, Josh is always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have to drive from the other side of town and sometimes traffic/rain delays me. I bought my first Lexus at Westside, drove it for years, didn't want to part with it...but, needed a larger car and also purchased the one I am presently driving from this dealership It is now 12 years old, never had a garage and the paint, leather is still in good condition. This is my second lease, and I have worked with Dave Haas for both. He always promptly returns my calls to set up my service and is always efficient and friendly. Yesterday was the first time I have gone a for both. He always promptly returns my calls to set up my service and is always efficient and friendly. Yesterday was the first time I have gone and waited to get my oil changed during my lunch hour, and I appreciated how quick the turn-around / wait time was. All of my experiences with Westside have been great, and Dave and your service group are a big part of why my feedback is so positive. Final note: it was nice to get my car back so clean! :) More
