Difficult to get anyone in the phone for service. Hold for extended period of time. Scheduled maintenance is not accurately scheduled. It was a busy day at this location when I took my car in for low tire issue and met Kathleen, my personal consultant for the first time. She was helpful & informative about the tire package I purchased w/ for low tire issue and met Kathleen, my personal consultant for the first time. I was satisfied with the replacement of my new tire, but I noticed when I received my car back that the pressure on that tire was higher and not balanced with the other 3 tires. While the receptionists were pleasant, I had to go up to the counter to check on car status because I had been waiting a while. Come to find out that my car has been ready for a while, but she was by herself & busy so she was behind on letting the customers know. While the facility is nice, I feel that management needs to make sure there are enough employees coverages for a busy day in order to provide quality service. More

Too expensive, paid $140 for oil change, coolant was not topped up, brake fluid was left out too. Not returning. I think I'll find another dealership. Worst dealership possible. I leased a car 3 years ago and within 3 weeks both bumpers were separated . Service depot said it was my fault . Wanted to charge $1800 for new numbers - instead they put clips on within 3 weeks both bumpers were separated . Service depot said it was my fault . Wanted to charge $1800 for new numbers - instead they put clips on that lasted 3 weeks . 2 months later I paid $290 for new clips at my car service place-Firestone. They again seperated from the bumper. Spoke to manager James bureaux and service manager Lurch and both said tough- my fault. They leased me a lemon that I eventually bought and were the worst people I have ever dealt with. They should all be fired and you owe me $1800 More
