Scott took my call when I inquired about making my service appointment and who my new advisor would be (since Hazel is no longer with Lexus). Scott was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Although he was NOT my regular service advisor, he made me feel like a valued customer and that he was eager to assist. When I came in, Phil Myers assisted and he too was MORE than helpful, friendly, and professional. He got me in/out of there quickly and effeciently, but never made me feel rushed and ensured he answered all my questions or addressed any concerns. He was more than polite with walking me to the loaner car and offering to assist to get any belongings from my car to the loaner. It is RARE that I have had any issues with Westside Lexus, and BOTH Scott and Phil were exceptional in their level of customer service and taking care of any issues/questions/concerns that I had. I was extremely pleased when I left Westside Lexus due to their professionalism and superbly friendly attitude with assisting! More
Had to take my RX 400 in for maintenance, I pulled up and there was a friendly person to greet me. Walked in and was directed to Robyn. Robyn made me feel like I was first priority. $5000 mile servcie work under warranty. I am a faithful customer of Westside Lexus and the staff there never fails to make my experience a positive one. On this particular trip, I purchased some touch up paint for my wife's RX while waiting for minor maintenance on my CT. The young man behind the parts counter first told me that he would need to order the base coat and would call me to return for it in a few days. Then, while I was in the waiting area, he suddenly appeared with a bottle of the base coat, saying he had found one and that I could have it "on him." Needless to say, I was extremely pleased. I wish I had his name to commend him personally for a great job! More
Service was great as always. Alex is a fine addition to your service staff and does a wonderful job filling in for Dave when he is on vacation. My only complaint is a continued noise while my AC is ru your service staff and does a wonderful job filling in for Dave when he is on vacation. My only complaint is a continued noise while my AC is running. It has been looked at at least 4 times but still no determination as to what is causing the problem. They changed the serpentine belt a while back but it did not solve the problem and cost me $200. I have faith that problem will be determined at some point and Westside will work with me if it is not covered under my extended warranty since this was reported long before my regular warranty expired. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience at Westside. More
