I am a faithful customer of Westside Lexus and the staff there never fails to make my experience a positive one. On this particular trip, I purchased some touch up paint for my wife's RX while waiting for m there never fails to make my experience a positive one. The young man behind the parts counter first told me that he would need to order the base coat and would call me to return for it in a few days. Then, while I was in the waiting area, he suddenly appeared with a bottle of the base coat, saying he had found one and that I could have it "on him." Needless to say, I was extremely pleased. I wish I had his name to commend him personally for a great job! More
Service was great as always. Alex is a fine addition to your service staff and does a wonderful job filling in for Dave when he is on vacation. My only complaint is a continued noise while my AC is running. It has been looked at at least 4 times but still no determination as to what is causing the problem. They changed the serpentine belt a while back but it did not solve the problem and cost me $200. I have faith that problem will be determined at some point and Westside will work with me if it is not covered under my extended warranty since this was reported long before my regular warranty expired. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience at Westside. More
