I was originally not charged for my service visit. A few days later Charles Perkins called me to tell me they had incorrectly not charged me since i did not buy my vehicle at WEstside lexus. The battery of my Lexus GX470 was needed to be checked/changed and I did not have an appointment but drove through your Service dept. anyway. I have been a Westside Lexus customer for more than 10 years. On every occasion I have had my car serviced I have been completely pleased. I was particularly pleased in this event because my extended warranty completely paid for the replacement of the shock absorbers on the front end of my 2008 LS 460 L. Keith Hollis went out of his way to be helpful, accomodating our needs at very short notice and arranging for a loaner car before we even arrived at the dealership.
