I have never taken my cars to a dealership due to the perceived cost, which is higher than the neighborhood "guy" but the service that I received for that added cost was well worth it! I am a single work perceived cost, which is higher than the neighborhood "guy" but the service that I received for that added cost was well worth it! I am a single working woman and needed to be able to continue working and was given a wonderful loaner car for the duration my car was in the shop - over the weekend, no need to fill up with gas, free toll tag if needed, etc etc. I realize this is all built into the price, but I felt completely taken care of, the communication on the repairs was outstanding as Charles called me every step of the way and complete discolsure on what it was going to cost for each item we discussed. I was in total control of what to fix and what was OK being left as it is (mostly cosmetic things) and when I went to the dealrship to pick up my car, the cost was just what Charles said it would be. No surprises! As I told him, this was like a trip to the Spa - it may be pricey, but for what you get in peace of mind and pampering, well worth it! My car looks great and I have full peace of mind for a long trip I will be taking later this summer. More
My car was finished in a timely manner and the service was excellent. My service advisor was very professional and they even filled my tank with gas before I picked it up. I was close to my 60,000 mile service when I had difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of m difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of my situation and that I needed to bring my car in. As I live about 2100 miles from the dealership, I started to Houston. Charles informed me that the 60,000 mile service was major and was to long to wait for and that there were no loaner cars available. He suggested that I wait until one was returned. By the time I reached the dealership a car had been turned in and I could use it. Since there was not time to complete the work that day; I used the loaner until the next day. Great service on a spur of the monent situation. The battery was bad and would have caused trouble in a very short time. Thanks to Charles for a job VERY WELL DONE!! More
