I was originally not charged for my service visit. A few days later Charles Perkins called me to tell me they had incorrectly not charged me since i did not buy my vehicle at WEstside lexus. Keith Hollis went out of his way to be helpful, accomodating our needs at very short notice and arranging for a loaner car before we even arrived at the dealership.
