I have owned 3 Lexuses dating back to l991. The first car I kept 10 yrs it was the LS400, the second one was the LS 430 and I kept it 8 yrs and the third one I chose a sportier version going with the GS car I kept 10 yrs it was the LS400, the second one was the LS 430 and I kept it 8 yrs and the third one I chose a sportier version going with the GS 350. Never once in all these years has Westside let me down, been discourteous or given me a reason to be unhappy. That is why I keep buying a Lexus. I might see some beauty in another brand but no way will I chance on changing with this outstanding performance for their customers at Westside. More

The price for service and repairs is very high, but the dealership does an excellent job of taking care of its customers. After the scheduled service was completed, I had to return to eliminate a smell th dealership does an excellent job of taking care of its customers. After the scheduled service was completed, I had to return to eliminate a smell that apparently arose from refrigerant being overfilled and causing odor in the cabin. I was provided prompt, courteous service, Andrew Nagler even helped update some programming. He is a very bright, very helpful, very responsive and very knowledgeable service advisor and I would always want to have him arrange for my repairs and other service appointments, including arranging loaner cars, and addressing any problems that arose after a service appointment. I arrived late to the dealership but was still taken care of shortly after arriving. In addtion to my 35,000 mile maintenance, I requested a State Inspection and asked them to attach my recently purchased V of shortly after arriving. In addtion to my 35,000 mile maintenance, I requested a State Inspection and asked them to attach my recently purchased Vehicle Registration sticker. Everything was handled and to my surprise did not cost me an "arm and a leg" as I feared. As long as all these elements remain, I will be returning for future maintenance. More
