Was told Westside would pick up your car for service when I purchased the car. When I booked online I mentioned I wanted to do that. Didn't know about the confirmation email so I never opened till the morni I purchased the car. When I booked online I mentioned I wanted to do that. Didn't know about the confirmation email so I never opened till the morning of the service only to have someone call me and stated that I have to call in person and it's a two person per day per advisor limit and I would have to call two weeks in advance....Why have the new car sales promote this when it isn't true unless you do this and that...etc. Use to having the advisor meet me when I get there....greet me when I get back....(ala Sewell Cadillac)....First time there...didn't know where my advisor was....didn't know where to go to pay until I asked someone..... Just use to Sewell where they treat you like a king!! Loved the ideal of a loaner and not having to deal with filling up the tank...but I'm only about 2-3 miles to the dealer so.... More

I drive from Austin to Houston for service because the dealership gives me two years free maintenance. It's the reason I've bought my last two cars in Houston. One of the other reps even noticed I was waiting for a while in the office and immediately started paging my rep. My rep went to great lengths to secure a loaner for me and the maintenance and minor repair was handled quickly and efficiently. So my 20000 mile maintenance cost me only $39.75 for the state inspection and I was treated like an honored guest. More

Always have a good experience at the Service Dept. at Lexus. You are met on the driveway, walked to your service advisor, who is usually immediately available.
