One of the other reps even noticed I was waiting for a while in the office and immediately started paging my rep. My rep went to great lengths to secure a loaner for me and the maintenance and minor repair was handled quickly and efficiently. So my 20000 mile maintenance cost me only $39.75 for the state inspection and I was treated like an honored guest. More
