I have always been welcomed by the front employees of the service area when I enter the service area. the service representative, David Palmer, has been very helpful and friendly. The technician who worked on my ES350 (2011) was Daniel Jaya ( I think). If you have a requirement to get at least one technician's name in this review, then ask your people to PRINT their name on the card they leave in the car when they service it. More

Mary Margaret and Dave are always a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Bill was wonderful in pickup/delivery of my car and even noticed that my inspection sticker was expi with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Was told Westside would pick up your car for service when I purchased the car. When I booked online I mentioned I wanted to do that. Didn't know about the confirmation email so I never opened till the morni I purchased the car. When I booked online I mentioned I wanted to do that. Didn't know about the confirmation email so I never opened till the morning of the service only to have someone call me and stated that I have to call in person and it's a two person per day per advisor limit and I would have to call two weeks in advance....Why have the new car sales promote this when it isn't true unless you do this and that...etc. Use to having the advisor meet me when I get there....greet me when I get back....(ala Sewell Cadillac)....First time there...didn't know where my advisor was....didn't know where to go to pay until I asked someone..... Just use to Sewell where they treat you like a king!! Loved the ideal of a loaner and not having to deal with filling up the tank...but I'm only about 2-3 miles to the dealer so.... More

The friendliness and service is evident from the first person who greets you on the drive and escorts you to your service rep. One of the other reps even noticed I was waiting for a while in the office and immediately started paging my rep. My rep went to great lengths to secure a loaner for me and the maintenance and minor repair was handled quickly and efficiently. So my 20000 mile maintenance cost me only $39.75 for the state inspection and I was treated like an honored guest. More
Always have a good experience at the Service Dept. at Lexus. You are met on the driveway, walked to your service advisor, who is usually immediately available.
