everything was fine. I arrive a bit early so someone helped me while Bryan was still dealing with another customer. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. I have always been welcomed by the front employees of the service area when I enter the service area. the service representative, David Palmer, has been very helpful and friendly. The technician who worked on my ES350 (2011) was Daniel Jaya ( I think). If you have a requirement to get at least one technician's name in this review, then ask your people to PRINT their name on the card they leave in the car when they service it. More
