I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. My customer rep. Mr. Perkins was waiting for me and immediately got me in and my wait time was as he had said. The service man that serviced my car pointed out to Mr. Perkins that my inspection was put on backwards and Mr. Perkins informed me. The service on my car was completed in a timely manner and I was able to go back to the place where I got my car inspected and they were able to replace my inspection sticker that night. More

everything was fine. I arrive a bit early so someone helped me while Bryan was still dealing with another customer. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait.
