I don't have a comparison of a wholly synthetic oil change as a frame of reference, but the price tag of $99 -- which was what I was told after inquiring what the free oil change would have typically cost -- seems outrageous. In hindsight, other work we have had done on another, older vehicle at Lexus Westside was also steeply overpriced in comparison with Christian Brothers, another locally respected service shop. The overall value rating of 4 is directly related to the price. More

I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. My customer rep. Mr. Perkins was waiting for me and immediately got me in and my wait time was as he had said. He continued to check to m received. My customer rep. Mr. Perkins was waiting for me and immediately got me in and my wait time was as he had said. He continued to check to make sure I was alright and informed me when it was almost finished. The service man that serviced my car pointed out to Mr. Perkins that my inspection was put on backwards and Mr. Perkins informed me. The service on my car was completed in a timely manner and I was able to go back to the place where I got my car inspected and they were able to replace my inspection sticker that night. More

everything was fine. I arrive a bit early so someone helped me while Bryan was still dealing with another customer. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. It was an accident by the salesperson. anyway, they cleaned it as best they could and I was satisfied. More
