This is my second Lexus RX 350 from Westside Lexus from 2007 to current 2011 model. Daughter is driving my first one still in New York. When she had trouble with a Lexus center in her area Keith Hollis helped us find her a reputable service center and spoke to a contact there to get her issue taken care of. Back here in Houston, Keith is my service advisor now after being shuffled after my first one left and when I went in for service set up by my service advisor only to find this new person there with explanation that my usual left the company. Really dislike that. Wish he had taken time to let his customers know even if by a short email message or mailed note to such. I then called my sales person who sold me both of my cars and he recommended Keith Hollis highly. Keith has advised me, and always made me comfortable in the fact that he was concerned about car during my travels across the country or around town to tire wear, working wipers or anything else that needed attention. I love the attention to detail when in for service. Maybe I'm lucky but with both RX 350's for I have not had any major problems or incidents, nor do I expect to have any. If I do I can count on Westside Lexus Service staff to be there. More

Going to Westside Lexus Service Center is one of the best experiences one can have when taking their car for service. As soon as you pull in, everyone is as friendly and helpful as can be. The attention to detail and customer comfort during the stay is outstanding. The waiting area is well stocked with current reading material and Wi-Fi so you can get some productive work done while waiting. The free soft drink and coffee bar is a nice touch, and every single employee is friendly and asks what they can do to make your stay pleasant. I believe the service level is the best of any dealership I have ever encountered and it is a major factor in my decision to keep driving my Lexus. More

I don't have a comparison of a wholly synthetic oil change as a frame of reference, but the price tag of $99 -- which was what I was told after inquiring what the free oil change would have typically cost -- seems outrageous. In hindsight, other work we have had done on another, older vehicle at Lexus Westside was also steeply overpriced in comparison with Christian Brothers, another locally respected service shop. The overall value rating of 4 is directly related to the price. More
