Took car in for oil change and inspection. Andrew was polite and took care of the job. Didn't have my proof of insurance which thought was going to be a problem but was able to have my insurance company polite and took care of the job. I have been a Lexus owner for about 10 years now, and can't imagine not owning one. Not only the quality of the vehicle, but the service is the best I've ever experienced and keeps me coming back year a can't imagine not owning one. On the day before New Year's Eve, I went outside to start my 2005 ls LS 430. When I turned the "key" it only "clicked." I called Fred, got his recording, but he called we back within thirty minutes. I told him that we had long-standing plans to take a former neighbor, now wheel-chair confined, out to dinner that evening. Our 90 year-old guest is not able to climb "up" into my wifes RX 350. We really needed my LS. Fred asked me, "how soon can you be here?" I was at the dealership Service Department in less than an hour, and left about 90 minutes later with a new battery, and a freshly washed vehicle. This is my second Lexus RX 350 from Westside Lexus from 2007 to current 2011 model. Daughter is driving my first one still in New York. When she had trouble with a Lexus center in her area Keith Hollis helped us find her a reputable service center and spoke to a contact there to get her issue taken care of. Back here in Houston, Keith is my service advisor now after being shuffled after my first one left and when I went in for service set up by my service advisor only to find this new person there with explanation that my usual left the company. Really dislike that. Wish he had taken time to let his customers know even if by a short email message or mailed note to such. I then called my sales person who sold me both of my cars and he recommended Keith Hollis highly. Keith has advised me, and always made me comfortable in the fact that he was concerned about car during my travels across the country or around town to tire wear, working wipers or anything else that needed attention. I love the attention to detail when in for service. Maybe I'm lucky but with both RX 350's for I have not had any major problems or incidents, nor do I expect to have any. If I do I can count on Westside Lexus Service staff to be there. More
