Took car in for oil change and inspection. Andrew was polite and took care of the job. Didn't have my proof of insurance which thought was going to be a problem but was able to have my insurance company polite and took care of the job. This was for uninsured collision repair. The final cost was $275 below the estimated cost. The work was completed on schedule and the staff were very friendly. On the day before New Year's Eve, I went outside to start my 2005 ls LS 430. When I turned the "key" it only "clicked." I called Fred, got his recording, but he called we back within thirty minutes. I told him that we had long-standing plans to take a former neighbor, now wheel-chair confined, out to dinner that evening. Our 90 year-old guest is not able to climb "up" into my wifes RX 350. We really needed my LS. Fred asked me, "how soon can you be here?" I was at the dealership Service Department in less than an hour, and left about 90 minutes later with a new battery, and a freshly washed vehicle. The battery, incidentally, was still under warranty -- a pleasant surprise! Thanks, Fred and a Happy New Year to all at Lexus. Good people to know and trust. James H. Abbott More
