I did it with a friend and come to find out that my back breaks were in perfect conditions - not a very good thing about your Lexus dealership. I talked to Josh about it and he told me it was a typooo (very expensive mistake almost $365) - Thanks God I had a good friend close by. Other than that I always get great customer service! More
Everyone is very helpful, courteous, and attentive. I feel confident when I take my car to Westside Lexus that I will not receive service I have not requested or charged for things I do not need.
