The service manager I worked with was very knowledgable and friendly. He let me know about some areas that need to be worked on without making it feel as though I had to do the work right now. I always had to wait although I had an appointment and it was not the type of service I was use to. The last time I was in the dealership, I made up my mind that I will find another dealership. As I was waiting again, I watched Mr. Charles Perkins assist several customers and he treated them all the same. As I watched I found myself envious of the customers that he helped and I made sure I would request my next appointment with him. I received the same service that he gave all of those other customers before me and he is the reason that I have returned back to Westside Lexus! More
