My experience in the past before working with Mr. Charles Perkins was horrible! I hated to get my oil change because the customer service representatives did not seem interested in assisting me. I always had to wait although I had an appointment and it was not the type of service I was use to. The last time I was in the dealership, I made up my mind that I will find another dealership. As I was waiting again, I watched Mr. Charles Perkins assist several customers and he treated them all the same. As I watched I found myself envious of the customers that he helped and I made sure I would request my next appointment with him. I received the same service that he gave all of those other customers before me and he is the reason that I have returned back to Westside Lexus! More

I did it with a friend and come to find out that my back breaks were in perfect conditions - not a very good thing about your Lexus dealership. Everyone is very helpful, courteous, and attentive. I feel confident when I take my car to Westside Lexus that I will not receive service I have not requested or charged for things I do not need.
