We took the vehicle to Westside Lexus with the intent to replace this battery. However the diagnostics indicated it was the alternator that may be causing the problem becasue it was testing outside the normal recommended range. The Westside service manager took time to explain the service on the vehicle, and propsects for potential battery issues in the future because it (the battery) had been drained. After replacing the alternator the battery tested good, but given the explanation and the reasons for potential battery problems in the future it was not worth taking the risk to be stranded somewhere remote More

I waited while my car was serviced as Dave had informed me it would take 1.5-2 hrs. Exactly 1.5 hours later it was complete. My car always receives a complementary wash, which I love. Westside Lexus Collision Department Took RX-450h to Westside Collision for body damage that occurred in a parking lot. This is my 8th Lexus and as always Westside Lexus has excelled in both their sales and service departments and has been in my family for 15 years. Where I used to absolutely dread going to a car dealership for either sales or service I cannot begin to say how nice and pleasing it is to go to Westside Lexus for either.
