Excellent services from Charles Perkins I have used Charles Perkins for many years. I have never had a service person in the automobile industry who I felt was on my side. I purchased my RX350 from family, so I knew the car had been well maintained, and I have continued performing all service through Westside Lexus. Charles has been my service provider since 2010 and has gone above and beyond every single year. One year, he helped me get a good deal on new tires when I needed them. Another year, he worked with Lexus to replace my power steering column at no charge. Just this week, I feared the worst when my car sprang an oil leak. Charles called me on a Saturday to inform me that it was a busted hose (not a broken seal or worse) and that the repair was fully covered, even though I had hit 99,300 miles on my vehicle. Outstanding service and a great attitude - that is what I have received from Charles Perkins. Thank you and GREAT JOB! More
