I meet with my service rep; I wait for no longer than they told me it would take (or get a loaner); I am offered food and drink; everyone is pleasant and helpful from the service rep to the guy who greets me when I drive in. In short, this is where I will continue coming and purchase future vehicles. I sold my 2013 Audi last year because of the horrid service experiences I had every time I was there. Then I went almost next door and bought this Lexus because of their great reputation, and I can't compliment them highly enough on their service department. More

One of the reasons I continue to purchase from your dealership-- Lexus has an excellent reputation,plus, I am given a loaner to drive; my home is less than 4 miles from your dealership, but I don't want to sit and wait. I have never kept a car as long as this one, 2005-I only have 25,500 miles, don't drive much as I am retired. I am considering my options. In summary--for your good customers, who have purchased four cars from you, you should always offer a loaner, after all it is only once, at the most twice a year. Excellent services from Charles Perkins I have used Charles Perkins for many years. I have never had a service person in the automobile industry who I felt was on my side. I purchased my RX350 from family, so I knew the car had been well maintained, and I have continued performing all service through Westside Lexus. Charles has been my service provider since 2010 and has gone above and beyond every single year. One year, he helped me get a good deal on new tires when I needed them. Another year, he worked with Lexus to replace my power steering column at no charge. Just this week, I feared the worst when my car sprang an oil leak. Charles called me on a Saturday to inform me that it was a busted hose (not a broken seal or worse) and that the repair was fully covered, even though I had hit 99,300 miles on my vehicle. Outstanding service and a great attitude - that is what I have received from Charles Perkins. Thank you and GREAT JOB! More
