Poor customer service and service recovery. Received a very dirty loaner car at 0800. It looked like ketchup or something in the brownish red family was over the front passenger seat and the ba Received a very dirty loaner car at 0800. It looked like ketchup or something in the brownish red family was over the front passenger seat and the back driver seat. Ashes all over the car despite it should be "no smoking". Called and left messages about this on two managers voicemail (@ 0900 when the office opened, again at 1000, and 1200) and both failed to pick up the phone to call me back to address my concerns. When I went in to pick up my car (after work @ 1730) I had to request to speak to the manger. When he finally came to speak to me, he informed me he didn't know I wanted him to call me back (despite me asking him to do so in my voicemail). All he could say at this point was, they have a process and obviously the process failed for me and he apologized for that. But why did I have to wait 8 hours to get an apology for driving a dirty car. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone. I paid nearly $1000 for the poorest customer service I have ever received in my life. More
