Westside Lexus - Service Center

Above and beyond I took my car for an oil change, however I didn't have an appointment and they were really busy. When I got to the dealership Andrew Tran checked me i I took my car for an oil change, however I didn't have an appointment and they were really busy. When I got to the dealership Andrew Tran checked me in. I was also in need of a loaner car, which I did not know whether I was going to get, but Andrew came through and provided me a loaner for the day. I am really appreciative to Andrew who took care of me even when I didn't have an appointment and also for providing the loaner car. Way to go Andrew!! More

I brought my car for the reason listed below. I brought my car in because a Check Engine light had come on and also the TRAC OFF was displayed. The service department checked it out thoroughly but I brought my car in because a Check Engine light had come on and also the TRAC OFF was displayed. The service department checked it out thoroughly but could find no reason for the lights, so we are going to keep an eye on it to see if it performs differently at any time. More
