Service Visit I was quite satisfied with my service visit. The purpose of my visit was a 95K maintenance on my RX 330. I waited while the service was performed. Mediocre customer service and expensive simple maintenance We brought our Lexus 350 in for it's 60,000 mile check up expecting to pay about $350. Though I could not call Erin, our service associate, I was abl We brought our Lexus 350 in for it's 60,000 mile check up expecting to pay about $350. Though I could not call Erin, our service associate, I was able to make an appointment online with Josh. Upon arriving for the service, we found Josh was busy with 2 other customers while several service reps walked around or worked alone at their desks instead of asking if we could be helped. It turned out Erin was available so we talked to her and set up the service which was surprisingly expensive for mostly inspecting the vehicle. Erin was pleasant and tried to justify the high cost of the 60K service. Parts were fairly reasonably priced but labor was overinflated for the type of work performed. They did not replace the oil filter (or at least not listed with the parts; you always replace the oil filter when replacing the oil) and they did not rotate and balance the tires (as requested because we have a free service for that) but they also did not reduce the labor charge as Erin said they would. Though we knew the total price before authorizing the service, had we known the cost of the part vs. labor, we would have done more routine maintenance ourselves and shopped around for an alternative service center. We would not recommend this service center and we will look elsewhere for future work and maintenance. More
