Not sure what the word is for this type of tactic, but they listed a new car for x amount online, I drove across town to buy it for said amount and was surprised to find they tacked an extra $10k in fees they listed a new car for x amount online, I drove across town to buy it for said amount and was surprised to find they tacked an extra $10k in fees on top of it. The strategy appears to be to tell you about how the supply and demand market is and how they can sell these cars at auction so why should they knock the price down for you? Why can't people just be honest and list cars at the price that they want to sell at? What a waste of time. More

I had been a loyal customer since Honda Westshore used to be Kuhn Honda, so about 15 or 20 years. I have always owned Honda because I trusted Honda-made cars. Therefore, I have always trusted the Honda Kuhn/ be Kuhn Honda, so about 15 or 20 years. I have always owned Honda because I trusted Honda-made cars. Therefore, I have always trusted the Honda Kuhn/Westshore dealership for all car maintenance, even for my family's non-Honda-made cars. However, my recent few visits have been an eye-opener, very disappointing, and concerning. 1) Repair Order/Ref #: 87095 - In my 2021 visit, I needed both rear liftgate lifts support replaced under the manufacture's warranty; however, the technician installed them upside down. I am no car expert, but I told both technician and the adviser (MICHAEL C CHIRICHELLO) that these are installed upside down, but they both insisted that I am wrong; I had shown them pictures and finally until I happened to find the exact same model parked right next to my car; only then they agreed to fix it. If I had not noticed this, I would have to pay out of pocket to get these replaced because of a lack of technician/adviser competence. This issue I decided not to report it to anyone since it is a minor issue. I am just now mentioning it because on my last visit which is today something similar reoccurred. 2) Repair Order/Ref #: 119518 - On Dec 30th, 2021 I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and I was advised by an adviser named John Gillespie that transmission fluid flush service is also due per milage. I like to keep up with my car maintenance according to Honda guidelines as much as possible; therefore, I happily agreed. When I got the car back with the paperwork, it stated I have Non-CVT transmission; therefore, it needs Non-CVT transmission fluid. I quickly pointed out to Mike AKA John and said Wait! this is incorrect, I have a CVT transmission on my 2018 CRV LX; I was again dismissed with a statement that you do not have CVT transmission according to your VIN#5J6RW5H38JL001506. I asked many times are you sure because I was very sure that it does have a CVT transmission because I bought this brand new from Honda Wesley Chapel dealership and I knew what I had bought. I was expecting Mike AKA John to at least review this again or recheck or do some sort of investigation, but instead, I was told if I can prove that it has CVT transmission then I should come back. I left the dealership all puzzled and afraid because I had no idea, what impact Non-CVT transmission fluid would do on a CVT transmission; then I called the Honda Wesley Chapel dealership and spoke to an adviser named Teddy; after I explained my dilemma, she immediately looked-up my VIN# and confirmed that I do have CVT transmission, then she went and looked up on another system to make sure she is giving me accurate information. This is called TRUE customer service, where I am not even their customer, they are willing to assist and satisfy me above and beyond. I drove back to your dealership and spoke to Mike AKA John again that I have confirmed with another Honda dealer that I have a CVT transmission, yet again he denied me; then finally, he called someone maybe his manager to prove that I am wrong, he put him on speakerphone but Mike was shocked when the voice on the phone also confirmed I have CVT transmission and whatever the part# on CVT Fluid matches on the paperwork but the same paperwork also stated I have non CVT transmission. I had left the dealership in shock that how can a Honda dealership make that kind of mistake and poor judgment, plus not do anything to rectify it. Right now, I and my wife do not even believe which transmission fluid is in our car. All we know is we may have the wrong transmission fluid which I was told by MICHAEL C CHIRICHELLO will completely damage our car transmission; then who is going to pay to fix or replace our transmission. We are not even sure if it is even safe to drive the car with our kids. I am very very disappointed with your dealership service and the consistently poor quality of your service department. I ultimately got a transmission fluid elsewhere out of my pocket. I had sent the above complaint to so-called GM Mark Schols using their own website https://www.westshorehonda.com/talk-to-the-dealer but no one ever contacted me back and until now, I was so disgusted with them that I didn't even want to waste my time leaving reviews. If possible, stay away from this place, I have known them for over 15 years, but since they have rebranded from Honda Kuhn, their service and customer service have completely gone down the drain. Even though I live close, I will now take my car to the Wesley Chapel Honda dealer. More

absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to in 30+ years. quick to call and schedule me an appointment but the salesman wasn't even there for the appointment he made. then to top that been to in 30+ years. quick to call and schedule me an appointment but the salesman wasn't even there for the appointment he made. then to top that off, the two cars I requested to see were sold and they couldn't bother making a call that time. car they did show me was extremely overpriced. don't waste your time and gas going there. the shady dealers on the corner are more honest than this place. and the picture attached is from their ad for the car on their website. not me. should tell you all you need to know about their business. even their employees hate them. The old bait and switch is alive and well with this circus. More
Went in on a Thursday and almost struck a deal on a vehicle. I brought my wife back today, which 2 days later and the price increased by 4,000 dollars. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
