Yesterday, my family purchased a new Honda Passport at Westshore Honda. Our experience was efficient, pleasant and satisfying. Nahketah Hamilton shared preliminary information with me, organized visits, Westshore Honda. Our experience was efficient, pleasant and satisfying. Nahketah Hamilton shared preliminary information with me, organized visits, sent tailored video, listened to my story, and arranged vehicle and trim matches. She texted when I texted, emailed when I emailed, and called when I called. Nahketah paired vehicle and trim levels to my family. Our finance manager Jeff thoroughly described options. He did so with a quick overview, and then detailed deeper dive into concepts I was interested in. He listened. We left knowing we purchased no more, and no less, than what we wanted. You can’t beat that feeling when leaving a dealership. We met half a dozen people in two visits. We were greeted by name and made to feel like clients the entire time. We had three members of the management team thank us AFTER the sale. Westshore Honda is large and clean. Everyone smiles and says “hello” and makes sure you’re comfortable just browsing. There are lounges and food stations. I found the pace to be crisp, not rushed. People moved quickly, but with purpose. I’m writing because Westshore Honda and Nahketah earned recognition. Awful. Advise you not to visit this Honda dealership for service. I have tried several times to give this Tampa location a chance. The same. They lie, don't provide the actual service.
