Wonderful service! Very friendly staff! I took my vehicle in to replace the brakes. Upon removing my front tires, the technician noticed that my tires needed to be replaced. The service manager asked me to c in to replace the brakes. Upon removing my front tires, the technician noticed that my tires needed to be replaced. The service manager asked me to come take a look for myself and upon review, there was no doubt they needed to be replaced. It’s good to know that Westown was looking out for my safety and the safety of my son and not there just to make a couple extra dollars. Highly recommend Westown Ford for any of your automotive repairs. More

Not what I was used to This is the first Ford i have owned so I had expected the car would be like others I've owned, Toyota's, Honda's, Buick, and Nissan. I never had many This is the first Ford i have owned so I had expected the car would be like others I've owned, Toyota's, Honda's, Buick, and Nissan. I never had many, if any, issues with those cars. Routine maintenance was usually the only reason I had to visit service departments. With this car I have had many things needing to be fixed, so I've had to go to Westown's service department often. Over the last three years, I've been told things were fixed that weren't, been told something was fine only to have it keep doing the same thing, had an umbrella taken out of my car. I expected a battery cover to be put back in place when the battery had to be unhooked and it wasn't. At that same visit, I asked that 4 rubber stops under the hood be put back on and when I realized the cover wasn't on found they hadn't put the stops back on and the mechanic had kept them. If I hadn't gone right back in, I may have never got them on or even back. No apology given. I work thru the week as I'm sure a lot of their customers do, so to get oil changed on Saturday you have to be first in line. There was one mechanic there until noon closing time. I would think you could have at least two service persons working on Saturday morning to accommodate the working customers. More
