Not happy with paying for something that is a known issue with the car. The issue was Ford’s fault and I still had to pay for it. Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the service department couldn't do an alignment on my vehicle, it's a lifted jeep and it's not a typical job.
