Service department overbooks customers. Doesn't consider customer time as having value. Someone needs to explain to BOTH department staff that it's customers that provide the need for them and they should be more conscientious of the way they interact with the customer. More
They go above and beyond to make the customer happy while doing what needs to be done and not cutting corners.
