The sales team worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. I ended up going to the dealership that owned the vehicle myself to pick it up. We went just looking at upgrading and ended up finding something we loved. When going over warranties we loved Pam and appreciated her not trying to sell us packages we couldn't afford and trying to keep something we loved. We took the car in a few days later to be detailed and were very disappointed with the results. Update: the detailing was a misunderstanding and Callie got everything taken care of for us. They were very accommodating and we appreciate the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We are thrilled with the end result and have a great car for our growing family! More
