Weston Volvo - Service Center

I am disappointed in the lack of transparency of this dealership. I was charged over $900 for labor with the part costing only $ 85. The job took less than 2 1/2 hours. The labor costs should have been r dealership. I was charged over $900 for labor with the part costing only $ 85. The job took less than 2 1/2 hours. The labor costs should have been reflected on the invoice that was sent to me or at least discussed with me by the service representative prior to my acceptance of the recommended work. The invoice only had a total amount not a specific breakdown of the cost. My heart sank when I was given the receipt ( which showed the labor cost breakdown ) after paying for the service. Had I been told the labor costs, I would have definitely declined the service and looked for a more economical repair shop given the cost of the part. Not sure I can trust this dealership to perform additional work on my vehicle. More
