Factory Service Maintenance Friday, 3 Nov 2017 was my first time visiting Weston Volvo. I had always patronized Margate Volvo but shuttered up Volvo side of the business. At any rate, as this was my experience with Weston Volvo, it definitely will not be the last because Luis Gonzalez candor, professionalism and cheerful demeanor swept me off my feet and unequivocally won me over. I hereby express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Luis Gonzalez for his exceptional customer service. I understand the expectations associated with customers demand for service because they pay for it but often times fail to realize that the person behind the counter is human and should be treated with respect as well. Good begets good. In a nutshell, Luis went beyond and above the call of duty. Yearly Maintenance I drove up to service at my allotted time Luis came out and addressed me by my name. He opened the door for me. Very professional,friendly and kind. The car was done in one hour and 10 minutes. He explained to me what they had done to the car. Then proceeded to walk me to my car. Top notch service and once again Luis was admirable. More
Great product, poor service department Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called twice to schedule the appointment and was told by the receptionist on both occasions that the service department was on the phone and they would call me back. Never received a call back. I made the appointment online and saw that there was a charge but figured I would deal with it when I arrived to the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with the gentleman at service named Joe. I had my 7 month old daughter with me in her car seat and was told I had to wait 1 1/2 for the service. For those who have small children, you know that sitting and waiting is not a pleasant situation. When I asked for a loaner, I was told very curtly that this needed to be arranged weeks in advance. I know that this is not so because when I went for my first service, 5 months pregnant, I was offered a car for the remainder of the day. In fact, I came back earlier and my car was still being serviced. That first service was definitely not an hour and half job. I was quickly dismissed by the service tech with no regard of the inconvenience of having to load my daughter in her car seat around. I also expressed that my key was not working and the tire pressure was low. His response was "Deal with it when you return to service your car" and walked away to deal with another customer who happened to have a more expensive Volvo. As I left, I called the general sales manager named Guillermo and expressed my concerns. He said he'd research the situation and call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I am honestly upset at the disregard the sales "professionals "had for someone who made an appointment and could not be taken care of. When one leases, these perks are expected. Unfortunately, I did not receive this and recommend that you go to another Volvo dealership for assistance. Fantastic product, but the service department shows no customer service. More

I stopped coming here several years ago for major s Hello, On 02/17/2017 I had a Very Bad Experience with the Weston Volvo service department Again!. I stopped coming here several years ago for major service when I was told by Marty the Service Advisor that my transmission needed to be "REPLACED". I was scared when he quoted me Several Thousands!. I asked him if it was my engine and he said NO it was definitely my transmission. I almost signed it in but got cold feet and brought it home and called my previous service shop at Deel Volvo of Coral Gables. They told me over the phone it sounds like an engine problem. To my surprise on the same day they told me it was my coils!. I was charged several hundred dollars compared to Several Thousands. I came back and showed the service department my paperwork and swore no more repairs for them. In time I started going to Margate Volvo. It was always a great experience but now they changed to a Lincoln dealership. So today I went to my appointment for an oil change at Weston Volvo. As soon as I got out of my car I went to Luis the service advisor and held out my hand and said hello Luis, haven't seen you in a long time. First he wouldn't even shake my hand and then answered "That's A Good Thing". I was enraged with his remark and gestures!. I was going to go straight to Joe the Service Manager but thought it would be better to continue the experience and submit a review. I then went to Adam another service advisor and had the best experience I've ever had here. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I got my oil changed and had some bulbs replaced. Maybe if Weston Volvo hires more people like Adam, I won't have to go all the way to Coral Gables to have my Dependable Volvo serviced!. Thank you, A. B. Jr. More
