Very Bad Bodyshop Work on Nissan Versa We took our car to the dealer previous an approval from Infinity Insurance to repair the car from a small front bumper crash. This was this past Decem We took our car to the dealer previous an approval from Infinity Insurance to repair the car from a small front bumper crash. This was this past December 11th. We were attended by Mr. Adam Weinreb in charge of this department at Weston Nissan/Volvo. At the end of December Mr Weinreb called us stating the car was ready. When we got there the car had been repaired so bad that among other things; the paint didn't match, the lights were not aligned, the bumper was separated on one side more than the other, even when they tried to open the hood (which was very hard to do) one plastic piece fell off from the bumper. In short, we mentioned to the dealer it was a very poor job and Mr Weinreb said he would work on it and get back to us. Again, on January 10th this year after receiving a call that the car was ready, we went there and even though the job was better it was still quite bad. The bumper which they stated they had changed did not appear changed, on some parts it appeared it had been over sanded and looked worn out. The paint still did not match and the bumper itself was not aligned. We are still waiting to hear from the shop. What a poor job at the dealer when you expect that a small job will be done properly!!! More

It is difficult to get a hold of him because he does not return my calls, and his attitude is kind of rude. I had a chance of comparing the service at the Ford service center in Sunrise (same ownership) and there's comparison. They respond, are very much service oriented, kind and happy. Not the same at the Weston Volvo. It is a good thing that my car requires very few trips to your shop. There was another person in training at the shop yesterday. Much more service oriented and nice to work with. I asked him to become my contact, but he can't. Also, I found out that what ever they said was done to the car, in reality wasn't, more specific: tire rotation; it was not done before Just want you to know that once my lease is up, most likely I would also get another Volvo, just not at that same location. Your service department is not up to par. More
Had a flat tire I went in Friday afternoon around 3 pm without an appointment.
