Exceptional service as usual! I took my car in servicing! When I made the apple I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car because the work was expected to be complete I took my car in servicing! When I made the apple I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car because the work was expected to be completed in under two hours; however, the technician was very accommodating and was able to find a loaner for me when I explained that I needed to get to work. I really appreciated his flexibility and thoughtfulness. Incidentally, the service on my car was completed in under two hours! More
