Great service!!! Great care for the car and the costumer! The service was great! I called yesterday and got the appointment through a courteous sales person named Jose Jimenez who diligently contacted me with the service manager (Mariner I believe was his name) and Juan (Technitian) to whom I personally spoke yesterday and today. The manager gave me a great deal on recovering my old key and getting a new one! I’m very satisfied with this dealer because they keep the respect and interest for the car and the costumer even if it is an old car (2004) and you are just doing service! Definitely my first choice of authorized Volvo Dealer !!! (and it is always nice to meet a car sales person that actually has a heart!) More

Not personable, don’t care My car has had almost everything wrong with it, it is a 2016 XC 90 T6 R design. My car has rarely been completed within a day and I’ve never been offered a loaner car, I’ve always had to ask. My car is rarely cleaned and when complaining or dropping my car off for service or complications they seem to be bothered. I always feel like I am interrupting their day or frustrating them by constantly being there because my car is constantly having recalls or issues. Regardless of the price of your vehicle, I feel as though they should treat you as everything is ok, they’ll do they’ll best & get your car right back to you and for gas smell I’ve been having I was told “oh, we don’t know why”. It’s just surprising coming from a company that wants to compare themselves with luxury vehicles. The lack of respect given is sad and truly turns me away from wanting to stay with Volvo. More

Frightening experience On Wednesday, I contacted the service department because a sensor indicated there was an issue with my BLIS/CTA system. I advised the service rep Adam On Wednesday, I contacted the service department because a sensor indicated there was an issue with my BLIS/CTA system. I advised the service rep Adam that I was leaving on a 10 hour road trip on Friday. I was given an appointment to drop my car off the very next morning. I was grateful to be accommodated so quickly. When I checked in, I let Adam know that aside from the BLIS/CTA issue, my start-stop was not working, and most importantly I had noticed a recent noise coming from my tires when I accelerate. I was told that my tires would be inspected as well. When I received the call that my car was ready, I was told that the battery was replaced and a software update was completed. No mention of the state of my tires. When I asked if my tires were checked, Adam confidently said that “ there is some wear but that would eventually even out” and that my “tires are safe”. The blue receipt that was given to me at check out detailed all services performed to my car. Nowhere did it mention that my tires were inspected. I found this odd but took comfort in my Volvo service rep’s word that my tires were safe. On my drive back home the noise continued. This morning while I was on the road my tire pressure sensor lit up on my dashboard. My car began to drive sluggishly. I carefully drove myself to a Goodyear with my hazard lights on. I explained to the mechanic there the noise I was hearing and the “symptoms” the car was having. Immediately he saw a large nail on the Rear left tire. The nail was very visible and if tires were inspected it would have easily been found. I had to wait while the tire was inspected and repaired. I waited a long time because I did not have an appointment. Needless to say, I had to cancel my trip. I’m grateful to Goodyear for helping me with my situation. Who knows what could have happened to me alone on the highway on a 10 hour road trip with these “safe” tires. I personally hold Volvo to a higher standard than this. Specially since Volvo is “dedicated to safety”. I will keep this experience in mind when I decide to purchase a new car. More

They scheduled a tow company to come tow my car to Weston Volvo, since I will only deal with them. I spoke to a service tech first thing the next morning, my car was towed after hours, and they said they had a loaner car waiting for me. It truly could not have been easier. I was very happy since my experience was very easy! All the service guys are always nice and helpful if needed. I personally go to Luis and Joe will help me too. Fantastic staff at Weston Volvo. More
