Pleasant surprise! I originally called to make my service appointment, but was told I could not get a loan vehicle while the service was being done. I booked the service I originally called to make my service appointment, but was told I could not get a loan vehicle while the service was being done. I booked the service online instead, and opted to rent a vehicle at a cost of $35 since I could not wait 2 hours at the dealership. Upon arrival to drop my car off I was met by Adam, my service guy, who proceeded to put me in a loaner free of charge. Now saving $35 is no big deal, but seeing someone go out of their way to make your life easier is priceless. A very happy surprise, and a very grateful customer. More

untimely and unresponsive I wasnt informed when a two hour service became 8 and then had to get a loaner. Great Staff and Service Just moved from Virginia and car needed 40,000 mile check up. Price was $125 less than what I would have paid in Virginia. Again, Weston Services treat their customers disrespectfully Again, employees of Services Center Weston Volvo treat their customers disrespectfully. About 6 weeks ago I bought my fifth (yes my fifth) Volvo at W Again, employees of Services Center Weston Volvo treat their customers disrespectfully. About 6 weeks ago I bought my fifth (yes my fifth) Volvo at Weston Volvo. And I've had to go back for service issues 5 times for 3 problems. The issue is that when I went to look for my car I found scratches on the front of it and they initially denied the incident, and they maltreated me. But they didn't have any register from these scratches in the "Services Greeting Procedure Form" also they try to found the problem in the video surveilled systems, but after one hour they offer to pay for repairs. The point is not the repair is how they treated me. Really Luis Gonzalez was rude, even aggressive. His manager Joe Mariner did not control the situation. The position of director of the service is too big for him. Not only that, when I returned for the repair again the same subject. Luis Gonzalez was aggressive, and yet Joe Mariner did nothing to control the situation, and Adam was quiet in the place. And this is not the first time you spend these things with them. Weston Volvo has to renew its customer service staff quickly if you want to stay in business. You can see the cameras for more details. I also have my recordings in case. More
