We always have a good experience with Weston Volvo. They are so accommodating and always very courteous. We usually wait while our vehicle is serviced and enjoy the comfortable Lobby area. Worst costumer service I ever had on a leased vehicle. I own a 2021 volvo xc60 which has only been used for 6 month and with 3k miles a suspension bar broke due to a manufactured defect and the service depa own a 2021 volvo xc60 which has only been used for 6 month and with 3k miles a suspension bar broke due to a manufactured defect and the service department couldn’t even provide me with a loaner. The part alone takes 3 days to arrive, then there’s installation which is more of a delay. In the meantime thanks to their failed support to provide me a loaner so that I can move on with life… take my kids to school and go to work, i had to rent a car with out of pocket expenses of $500+ with today rental prices. Volvo not only failed to offer a solution to the loaner for a problem which was a manufactured defect, but didn’t even bother to provide me with a rental vehicle…. I guess that’s just how customer service works in Volvo. Very different scenario when they sell you the vehicle rest assure once my lease is done I will be leasing with another car brand that actually cares about its costumer service values. I think the dealers should stop selling their loaners or at least provide alternative solutions when a costumer comes with a vehicle that’s has a manufactured defect. It’s incredible how not one single person help us with this matter neither did one single person cared that we need a vehicle to go about our lives. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well.
