After 20 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles this will be my last one they have deteriorated, their service is the worst their customer satisfaction is pitiful so never shop there. 5 times I've had will be my last one they have deteriorated, their service is the worst their customer satisfaction is pitiful so never shop there. 5 times I've had to bring my car in for the same problem, Still not fixed probably need to go again I am so done with their service department. They were great. My air conditioner wasn't functioning. I made an appointment. I showed up. Didn't wait. Provided a loaner. And was out of there in 15 minutes. The next morning I came picked up my car and ev made an appointment. I showed up. Didn't wait. Provided a loaner. And was out of there in 15 minutes. The next morning I came picked up my car and everything was better than expected because they clean my car real well. Very happy. More
