Due to my busy work/home schedule and limited time to get things done, I was not sure how I was going to manage in being able to find a car in a short period of time. I need it to find a car to replace our current vehicle and that it would fit in my budget and that it would meet a certain profile that I had in mind. My options where limited and was not sure if a car purchase could be accomplished having only a few hours before the dealership closed. Originally, I came to the dealership in hopes to be able to get an oil change in a very short notice. The Volvo service department as always gave me a helping hand in getting the oil change done and I didn't have to wait long. Thanks to their help, my parents and I had enough time to get the chance to browse at some vehicles in hopes to finding a good match. Here is when I met Pedro who made the impossible become possible. After knowing my struggle and my limited time he went beyond my expectations. He was very honest and patient from the beginning. I felt so lucky to meet him because he helped me find the car that I need it. Not only he explained and answered all my questions. Pedro treated my parents and me with excellence and went beyond his schedule to make sure I got the car in that short amount of hours. Pedro I can not thank you enough for everything that you did in finding me the car that I honestly didn't expect to be able to get it on the same day. I truly recommend anyone that is interested in buying a Volvo to talk to Pedro because he makes the buying process so easy and pleasant. More
