Walked in around 3pm, looked at S60s, went for a test drive, looked at all their available inventory, talked numbers, signed a lease agreement, and was driving away in my new car by 5pm. Yearly Maintenance I drove up to service at my allotted time Luis came out and addressed me by my name. He opened the door for me. Very professional,friendly and kind.
