I must say this was my best car shopping experience ever. Gregorio Billini and Orlando De La Nuez are outstanding professionals. They were very informative, answered all of our questions patiently and made us feel at home during the car buying process. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Hernan was perfect on all of these points. I walked into the dealership still a bit unsure if the XC90 was the car for me (I was also considering a Land Rover Discovery or a Range Rover Sport), but after Hernan showed me all the features, explained to me every detail, took me for a test drive and offered me a good and honest deal, I drove out with the car. 10 stars to Hernan!!
