Dissapointing experience My first time experience purchasing a used car may be my last and it will definitely be my last at Nissan. Less than a week after I purchased the car My first time experience purchasing a used car may be my last and it will definitely be my last at Nissan. Less than a week after I purchased the car there was an issue with a gas valve that needed replacement -in a certified car. I called to advise my sales person and never heard back from them after multiple attempts. I kept getting emails to purchase Nissan services, tires, etc., but no one called to follow up on my feedback about the issue with the car. Very disappointing customer service to say the least and I expected more from the certified pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. Goodbye Nissan/Volvo. First impressions really do matter. More
