I was unhappy after my last visit! I went in for a 90,000 mile service that I scheduled online, the cost online said it would be approximately $350. I typically take my car for service I went in for a 90,000 mile service that I scheduled online, the cost online said it would be approximately $350. I typically take my car for service on a regular basis so the advisor told I may not need all of the services and it could come out a little less. The wasn't the case, my first estimate was $500. I also needed my brakes checked and they needed to be done but an extra $229, WOW. So I'd gotten close to $800. I asked the Advisor to hold off until I'd spoken with my Wife to make sure we could cover this amount. Well they didn't hold off, they did the oil change and transmission flush without my approval (I hadn't signed anything approving them to move forward with the services especially over $100). So my thought was why would they start working on my car without my approval to move forward. I was extremely upset but I held my composure because I don't believe yelling and causing a scene is the appropriate. By the of it all I ended up paying $286 for a transmission flush and an oil change which I feel is a high. I don't understand why the dealership gouges their customers, there always an upsell, there always something more to do, I mean I'm a regular working class citizen barely getting by on these low South Florida checks. Cut us a break, Nissan and Volvo are billionares, I mean how much money do you guys need, its crazy, stop being so greedy!!! I probably won't be back there for service, in the past they've been fine but this time around I felt taken advantage of. I still love my Nissan but just make sure they don't start service until you approve it. I won't be returning. More

Didn't resolved the problem with my car I had problem with one tire. The system always shows a "flat tire or low pressure" warning sign. I pay beside I had this problem since I got the car, and 2 day after the "supposed" fixed of the problem, I got again the warning sign of the "flat tire" in the system!. More

Worth the hour drive! Today I leased a 2019 Volvo XC40. From the first inquiry (yesterday morning) that was handled by Juan (Internet Sales) via phone then to Eddie (Sales Today I leased a 2019 Volvo XC40. From the first inquiry (yesterday morning) that was handled by Juan (Internet Sales) via phone then to Eddie (Sales Manage) then Greg (Sales/Leasing) to Harold (Finance Mgr) and out the door with my new car by end of day, it was a great experience. Everyone took their time to be sure we got thru the process successfully! Juan realized I meant to get this done today and so forward he moved us! Eddie made sure I had what I needed as I needed it, due to deciding between 2 models, and even thought ahead of me on many things to help me get to a decision painlessly. Greg was a rock star with behind the scenes activity keeping the process running smoothly as I interacted with all others for their bit of activity. Greg's tech knowledge is great and he even accommodated my detail inquiries on the drive. Harold made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to have a fun time and still feet safe if things go wrong in the future with mishaps that happen to cars. It may have been the lease stressful experience at a car dealership ever! And I was going into new territory having never leased a vehicle. Seamless. I'm quite pleased!! And of course, the car! The car had to make everyone's job easier! Every question I asked had a positive response re: what the car can do! Great vehicle!! More
