One month ago I bought a new Volvo and I left my old Volvo truck and a month later they sent me $220 bill saying that my Volvo had a scratch. This is incredible, the day that I bought it, the seller Volvo truck and a month later they sent me $220 bill saying that my Volvo had a scratch. And now I call the seller and he tells me that the Manager Guillermo said that I should see it directly with the Volvo. It happened there, my old car was scratched there...it is very unfair. At first I did not care for the car. It didn't have some of the things I was used to like, automatic locks, a navigation system, seat warmers, and a cd player just to mention a few. However, it has other th of the things I was used to like, automatic locks, a navigation system, seat warmers, and a cd player just to mention a few. However, it has other things that sort of make up for it like sun roof, automatic start engine and door lock from my phone. I've also discovered how to access the maps off my phone to use in the car so that's a little better. I always wanted Volvo for it's safety features and not for the bells and whistles of other vehicles. So for the most part I'm happy with it. More
