I want to start by saying that I have had some good experiences with Weston Nissan servicing my vehicle in the past. This past week was not one of them. Made an appointment with Mary at the beginning experiences with Weston Nissan servicing my vehicle in the past. This past week was not one of them. Made an appointment with Mary at the beginning of the week to have my Nissan Altima serviced. As usual she was outstanding! Always helpful, friendly and professional. Every employee should be like Mary. Unfortunately that’s where the good part ended. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment , as I always do. I knew it was a bad day when there were 5 unattended vehicles in front of mine at the service drop off area. Two hours from my scheduled appointment time for a tire and oil change is totally unacceptable. If you’re going to charge top dollar, you should be on point with the service. If you’re experiencing delays with your service maybe you should notify your customers with a text. Not the first time I experienced a delay like this at Weston Nissan. I don’t live close and I’m not sure it’s worth it anymore to go out of my way to go to Weston for just an oil change and rotation. More

I took my truck for a sound in the seat belt in the driver's seat, and the chief mechanic examined it and asked for the part, when I left the car to change the part, the next day they had changed the r driver's seat, and the chief mechanic examined it and asked for the part, when I left the car to change the part, the next day they had changed the rearview mirror, a different part to the problem and I talk to the advisor, Jorge Baez, and bad attitude and raising his voice says that this was the part that I had asked and gave no solution, just gave me the papers and the keys and told me that this was what I had to do. Not to mention that this is the second time I take the car for the same problem and the first time they changed a part of the door of the truck and the same advisor Jorge Baez did not want to hear or watch the video I had made of the sound and only said that they were in charge. Besides the bad communication they have towards the customer, the first time he did not call to say that the car was ready, I called and he told me "ah yes it is ready, you can come and get it", and the second time the appointment was at 7:45 am and I called at 3:30 pm and he told me "it should be ready at 4 pm", that is not the way to be customer service.
