Never heard back from our service representative as to how late we could leave the car there. Finally showed up there right before closing to pick up the key to the car. We asked the service advisor who h how late we could leave the car there. Finally showed up there right before closing to pick up the key to the car. We asked the service advisor who helped us if we could leave the vehicle where it was and we were told that we could leave it there and pick it up later. 20 minutes later, we received a call telling us we needed to move the car immediately and we’re given misinformation. The representative who called was very rude and abrasive. Unfortunately, moving the car immediately was not something we could do as we pick the keys up and not the car for a reason and did not have two drivers. More
