Luis Gonzales, my Service Consultant, explained what would be done in a friendly, easy-to-understand fashion. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, Luis did not berate me nor did he even mention the tardiness. He is knowledgable, personable and a gentleman. The customer waiting lounge is a mini "business center," and I set myself up to work on my laptop in one of the cubicles. Weston Volvo understands and respects that my time is valuable and they do everything possible to expedite things. What impressed me the most was Valentin Cruz, who is Weston Volvo's Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as being the BEST HOST in the world! He came over to me to say "Hello" and to make sure my experience at Weston Volvo was going smoothly. Thanks to Valentin Cruz, this has to be the most pleasant Customer Service experience I've ever received in anything automobile-related. I felt like a true, valued customer. I highly recommend Weston Volvo to anyone who needs to buy/lease/service a vehicle. As a single woman, I can tell you Ladies out there, Weston Volvo will treat you like Royalty and will never mislead you or take advantage of you. Regardless of what your needs and questions are, they always have the answer and make the experience unpressured, low key and different from other dealerships. I didn't think it could get much better than that until I took my vehicle in for service. The service staff was also very courteous and explained in detail the services performed on my car. I have purchased two vehicles through Weston Nissan and have had both vehicles serviced there. In the service area I must say that the facility is outstanding. I have watched my vehicle be taken into the shop and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and well laid out the repair area is. Everything in its place and nothing left laying around. It is great to see such an organization at work. Additionally I have never had to wait overlong for my vehicle. WQhen told it would take one hour to have my car ready. It was ready on time, every time. When the word teamwork is mentioned, Weston Nissan is right up there on top as the whole service staff functions as one. More
