Always a good experience I normally schedule an appointment but this time I was in the area and decided to stop in for an oil change. What was originally quoted as a 45 minut I normally schedule an appointment but this time I was in the area and decided to stop in for an oil change. What was originally quoted as a 45 minute wait ultimately turned out to be only 20 which was fantastic. The service has been exceptional each time I visit...very pleased with their continued focus on the customer and making the time spent in their waiting room as pleasant as possible. Nicely done!! Great, fast service. There was a recall on my vehicle. They called me and let me know when they would have the part available. At the same time, they needed to rotate my tires and found a nail in the side wall, which meant the tire needed to be replaced. Everyone was helpful and let us know the time frame so we could decide to leave the car or wait. Very professional. More
