Services not as discussed I am normally quite please with my service experiences at Weston Nissan. However, I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my most recent visit. I was I am normally quite please with my service experiences at Weston Nissan. However, I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my most recent visit. I was sent an email offering me a free oil change and multipoint inspection. The oil change was completed, but I was told I would need to return for the inspection. I had called weeks in advance and made very clear what I was coming in for. If the multipoint inspection was not going to be completed during the appointment, I should have been told. I live half an hour away from Weston Nissan and only five minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Nissan. I come to the Weston dealership because I have had good past experiences and because my salesman Rafael Robles has been exceptional. I bought the car three years ago and he stays in frequent contact to check in on the vehicle. This review is no reflection on Rafael. I will unfortunately have to rethink returning to Weston Nissan for my service needs. More

The good and the bad Some of the work was not completed. I had an oil change that includes a "multi point inspection" that clearly wasn't done. The battery died two days l Some of the work was not completed. I had an oil change that includes a "multi point inspection" that clearly wasn't done. The battery died two days later so it was never tested while in the shop. The car has 33,000 miles on it and the battery should have been checked. The bad battery would have been found if it had been tested. I had to get a jump and go back. Also had the tires rotated and balanced which I assume was done as the vibration is gone. But yet the tire pressure readings on my dash show that three of the tires have 28 pounds and one has 30. The correct setting is 33. You would think that the tire pressure would be checked as part of a rotation. Now I have to go to the gas station and spend $1.25 for air. The brakes were repaired correctly and work great now. Wiper blades replaced and work good. Pick up and drop off is easy. They offer a shuttle and Denny is always professional. Been going there for two years and other experiences were better. But the quality of the service work on this visit is disappointing. More
