Fast, friendly, thorough, efficient, and accommodating As I pulled to a stop in front of the service entrance, I was greeted and checked in... before even getting out of my car! I was in for an oil change As I pulled to a stop in front of the service entrance, I was greeted and checked in... before even getting out of my car! I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I waited, I was able to use one of two small cubicles to plug in my lap top and get my work done. There was complimentary coffee, Starbucks, I think. Several choices, including Espresso. My car was ready in a very timely manner. The complimentary inspection showed that my battery needed replacement, and it had already been replaced free of charge, as it was under warranty. I've been coming here for years, and it just keeps getting better! More

My service advisor Rossi Motila was very friendly and helpful, what brought me there on Saturday May 4th was my battery had died, as soon as I pulled to the service door I was greeted very friendly. Beside the battery I decided to have other work done on the car that had been needed it for a while, Mr. Motila explained in the detail all the work that was done and the charges for them, Alvaro the mechanic who did the work was very friendly, I had requested for the wipers to be checked, he mention that for now there was no need to changed them and they will be look at on my next visit, I was in my car ready to go when Alvaro came knock on my window to explain that if I smell any type of chemical odor for a couple of day it would be normal due to the work that was performed and if it lasted longer to contact them. Friendly and efficient service From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness. The gentleman that greeted me and took down my information as to why I was there met me with a From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness. The gentleman that greeted me and took down my information as to why I was there met me with a smile. Then while inside there were refreshments for my kiddos and myself to enjoy while waiting. Another gentleman also verified what maintenance would be completed. There are desks available so my oldest was able to complete his homework while we waited. Once maintenance was completed we were called up to the counter, we checked out, and were on our way. Overall the staff was very friendly and the shop was ran very efficiently! We will continue to use this service center! More
