I came Tuesday for oil change, tire rotation and I also got a nail on my rear right tire. I do have road hazard protection I purchased from this dealership. The oil change was done, but NOT the tire rotati got a nail on my rear right tire. I do have road hazard protection I purchased from this dealership. The oil change was done, but NOT the tire rotation nor the tire and the advisor said they can not plug the tire as it was almost at the side and they won't do it. The advisor showed me a picture of the nail on the tire, and I think it was at least an inch or more from the side. I did not want to argue anymore when she said they won't do it. Maybe they wanted me to buy a new tire? Please check the picture that she showed me and tell me if I was wrong. And please send me also the photo they took - by email or text to prove if I was really wrong. I later went to Tire Kingdom and asked if the tire can be fixed. They said yes and they did! I have the receipt to prove it. So what's wrong with your Service Dept? They even recommended a lot of things that need to be done on my car (fluids, brake pads, filters, etc). I was already so upset I said no. Maybe they did not do the tire rotation because I did not say yes to their recommended jobs to be done. Maybe another dealer would take care of the customers better? Can you justify this dealership's actions and decisions? I will wait for a response from you. More
