The service agent who helped me was not only professional, but also friendly and personable. The waiting room is undergoing remodeling, so expect the area to be a little tight on space, but clean. There is a coffee machine with every possible coffee option imaginable, which is great, but the best part was the fast WiFi that did not require a difficult sign in and I was able to work while I waited for my vehicle. Even though my service was lengthy, Erickson kept informed of the progress and estimated time of delivery of my car often enough as not to make me feel I had waited long. Overall, since my car was under warranty, I did not have to pay anything, which made the experience even better! More

Intermittent starting Went in with intermittent starting issues. Had previously had charging system evaluated at auto parts store, was told there were no issues. Convinced Went in with intermittent starting issues. Had previously had charging system evaluated at auto parts store, was told there were no issues. Convinced it was starter. From arrival to diagnosis was less than half an hour. Ended up being battery. Work performed in a timely manner. When I went to pay mamma her noticed my previous battery was a Nissan battery and realized it was still partially covered by warranty saving me some money. More
